Apples picked in September are stored between +0.5°c and 1.2°c in cold rooms, in Ultra Low Oxygen. This process consists in removing the oxygen of rooms chambers to slow down the maturation of the fruit. No treatment is made post-harvest.

Our storage capacity covers our whole production, which enable us to master the preservation of our fruits. This stage is essential to guarantee the quality and the freshness of our products throughout a season.

The packaging spreads out from October till August in our recent packing station of 4 000 m2, BRC certified.

The Golden Delicious apple is a fragile fruit, the flesh of which reacts to the slightest blow: to protect the quality of our apple, we do not make pre-sorting.

We make test on each new batch to determine brix and acidity levels, and also firmness of fruits. According to the results, we pack with respect of customer's specifications.

The apples are sorted out by color and weight with an electronic sorter, which insures the homogeneity of the finished product.

The category of the fruit is manually sorted out by our operators, under continuous quality control.

We adapt our sorting to your specifications, in the respect for existing standards.
